If you are using the platform on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
2. Services Description
Vantage Interlink provides a B2B marketplace platform that utilizes AI-driven discovery and video-based product exploration to connect footwear brands with professional buyers. We act as a facilitator of information and discovery; we are not a party to the actual manufacturing or sales contracts between users.
3. Account Registration & Security

Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. User Content & Intellectual Property

Brands: By uploading videos, images, and product specifications, you grant Vantage Interlink a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute this content to authorized Buyers on the platform.

Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to your proprietary designs and trademarks.

Prohibitions: You may not upload content that infringes on third-party intellectual property, contains malware, or provides misleading information regarding manufacturing capabilities.
5. Platform Use & Restrictions
You agree not to:

Use any automated system (bots, scrapers) to extract data from the platform.

Circumvent the platform’s security or intelligence-led search features.

Use the platform for any illegal purpose or to solicit business outside of the footwear industry.
6. Disclaimers
Vantage Interlink provides the platform “as is.” While we facilitate connections among 4,000+ brands, we do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the footwear products advertised, nor the creditworthiness of Buyers.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vantage Interlink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or transactions initiated through the platform.
